Opting out of texts does not necessarily stop essential non-text communications needed to complete a requested service.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process contact information, including phone numbers, only as needed to operate communications and services for SOS and subject to applicable obligations.

5. Cookies, analytics and campaign measurement

Our website may use browser technologies and analytics or campaign-measurement tools to understand page views, form starts, form submissions, calls, chat interactions, scrolling and the source of a visit. We record public-page visits, button and phone-link clicks, and form or chat progress even when no request is completed. We do not record typed form content as analytics. When you request or receive a qualifying Coastal Shield Roofing System, roof-protection record or Home Maintenance Plan, we may retain inspection notes, photographs, dates, maintenance actions, recommendations, warranty information and related property documentation. These records are used to manage the requested service and evaluate eligibility under the applicable written terms. They are not an insurance file or a promise that an insurer will accept a particular record.

Roof estimates and electronic agreements

The estimator stores your property details, contact information, selections, estimate and any issued agreement. If you sign electronically, we retain your typed name, consent, time, browser information and the document fingerprint. Private proposal links grant access to the proposal; keep them private. Connected mapping, licensed measurement and email providers process the details needed to perform your request. Google Maps is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Satellite images are displayed on demand and are not stored in your proposal. Call SOS about access, corrections, paper signing or retention questions.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including project records, warranty administration, maintenance history, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance and business operations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices

You may ask us to correct contact information, update communication preferences or request access to information we maintain about your inquiry, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal needs. You may unsubscribe from nonessential email communications using the available instructions. For texts, reply STOP. 10. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and property owners, managers and professionals. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
