When the applicable system, documentation and maintenance requirements are completed, the home may receive the Coastal Shield Certified designation. Florida’s salt air, heat, wind, moisture and hurricanes are hard on every layer of a home, so we design the roof conversation around the details that help keep wind-driven rain outside and give property owners a clearer long-term plan.

Project-specific fasteners, connectors and attachment details selected for the written roof scope.
